AWM are supporting a programme of gap funding to support the economic regeneration of the West Midlands Region by the provision of gap funding support to assist the delivery of development by the private sector.
OBJECTIVES
AWM are wishing to utilise gap funding to meet the cost value of projects to support the delivery of property development schemes within the Assisted Areas within the West Midlands. Qualifying schemes will contribute to the economic regeneration of the region and may include office, industrial, leisure and mixed use schemes including residential elements as well as site servicing and infrastructure works.
Thomas Lister have been appointed as programme managers and lead appraisers with a view to accelerating the procedure and working with applicants to bring forward appropriate schemes as soon as possible.
