SME DEFINITIONS
The maximum level of financial support under the approved EU Gap Funding Scheme will be dependent as to whether the identified developer is classified as a small enterprise, medium enterprise of a non-SME company. It is noted that support is only available to Small and Medium Enterprises within a Tier 3 Assisted Area.
Early co-ordination as to the status of the applicant is recommended to identify the maximum grant support (aid ceiling) which may be available in relation to any scheme.
The application process will require appropriate information to be provided to assess the status of the applicant.
